Special moulded parts

Rubber moulded parts or “special moulded parts” are rubber products that are produced in a press with mould. In this way Sealution delivers rubber in any desired shape and in the most diverse rubber qualities and hardnesses.

Typical products that are manufactured as moulded parts are rubber (o-) rings, caps, tules, vibration dampers, cover caps, pedal rubbers, folding bellows, cuffs, profiles, plugs, rubber grommets, etc.

All that is made in a special shape is in principle moulded whereby we advise you on the optimal design for the application, but where we also take into account the possible limitations during the production process.

With customised solutions you are assured that the shape matches your application and use. In addition to the specific shape, there is the choice of the different material qualities and hardnesses in, for example, EPDM, NR, SBR, NBR, PU, ​​TPE and silicone rubber qualities with the option for specific colors.
