Sealution supplies sealing rubber worldwide to a wide range of customers from a wide range of different industries. For example, you may prefer to choose the EPDM rubber type. A seal of this type of rubber is very resistant to the effects of ultraviolet radiation and ozone. If you are looking for a chemical, mechanical or heat-resistant seal, then an FKM or Viton® seal is perfect. This so-called super rubber has a very wide range of applications. It is therefore good to use when your products are used in different locations and environments.

Standard sizes or at your design

At Sealution it is possible to purchase rings, plates and profiles in standard sizes, or to have them manufactured on the basis of your design. If you opt for custom-made seals, we will involve you closely in the entire production process. This starts with your drawings and ideas. We process these with our 3D CAD software and convert them into a trial series, which you then assess. Only when you are satisfied will we proceed to the final production and, if you wish, we will build up a stock. Production takes place under the ISO 9001:2015 or TS 16949 quality system. All our end products are tested according to pre-agreed control criteria such as: AQL or PPM standard.
